Frequently Asked Questions

We focus on interior renovation for apartments and homes — including layout adjustments, surface finishes, built-in elements, lighting updates, and coordinated refurbishment of living spaces. Project scope is defined individually after an on-site review and consultation.

Our primary service area is Warsaw and nearby communities. If your property is located elsewhere in Poland, contact us with the address and project details — we will confirm availability based on scope and logistics.

Reach out through our contact page or email nuvela@op.pl with a brief description of your space and goals. We arrange an initial consultation, assess the property, and outline the next steps toward a defined scope and proposal.

Yes. After understanding your requirements and reviewing the site, we prepare a detailed estimate covering labour, materials, and agreed deliverables. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before scheduled work starts.

Timelines depend on project size, structural changes, material lead times, and building access rules. Smaller refreshes may take a few weeks; full interior renovations often require longer. We provide a realistic schedule as part of the agreed project plan.

Not always. For partial renovations, many clients remain at home with temporary adjustments to daily routines. For extensive work involving multiple rooms, utilities, or major dust-generating phases, temporary relocation may be more practical. We discuss this during planning.

When a project requires formal approvals or coordination with building management, we clarify responsibilities early. Some documentation remains the property owner's obligation; we advise on requirements and support the process where agreed in the contract.

In many cases, yes — provided items meet technical specifications and arrive on schedule. Client-supplied products must be compatible with the agreed installation method. We confirm suitability during planning to avoid delays on site.

Payment terms are defined in the project agreement and typically follow agreed milestones — such as deposit, progress stages, and final completion. All amounts, schedules, and accepted methods are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Changes are possible but should be documented and approved before execution. We review the impact on cost, materials, and schedule, then issue an updated agreement or written confirmation. This keeps expectations clear for both parties.

We use protective coverings for floors, furniture, and adjacent areas where needed, maintain organised work zones, and follow agreed site rules for access and noise. Daily cleanup routines help keep the space manageable throughout the renovation.

Clear access to work areas, secure valuables, and confirm building entry arrangements in advance. If you live on site, we recommend planning temporary storage for affected rooms. We provide a preparation checklist tailored to your project before the start date.
